********** account opened

<p>I would like to report a ********** account being opened in my details, i received an sms from debt collectors on the 14/12/2016 informing that i have an outstanding debt of R 2000 and i need to pay R 809 and if i didn't my name would be forwarded to ITC. I called Homechoice and they confirmed that there is an account on their system which i can confirm that i did not open and they advised me to go to the Police and get and affidavit. I would like Homechoice to close that account and cancel that debt as i have never bought any goods or services. I just contaced homechoice today 05/01/2017 and apparently they did not receive my affidavit and my credit record has been affected my this *****ulet account.</p>
