********** account not removed on my name

I am very unhappy with home choice 😕 😞 They open a ********** account and last year already they informed me that,they have removed the acc on my name. Now I want to buy a car and I can't I'm stuck they never removed my name as they promised and they never sent me any confirmation letter that the account was ********** and it is removed to all the credit bureaus.
