I have been waiting on your reply since from 2020, you promised that you will do your own investigation as to whom was responsible for opening fradulent account under my name. I also requested the contract as it's needed for SAPS investigation. I'm not able to do anything with this kind of record and I'm losing great opportunities.

I trusted that you will resolve the matter as soon as you possible as you have mentioned to have unknown details like address which goods were delivered and bank details which was actively paying during that time which now it doesn't, leaving me under a bad credit score.

Please look into this matter and get back to me. January 2020 is a very long ago for not getting any kind of assistance or verdict.
