********** account in my name

Home choice approved a ********** account opened in my name without my consent. I never had any account with Homechoice but they offered a ********* a new account done telephonically(info from homechoice) in my name and they approved it without confirmation if the person requesting credit is the legit individual. Now this anuthorised account appears on my credit profile. I am disappointed on how easy people can create account with ********** identity at homechoice. I am now a victim of identity ***** twice. Homechoice promised to investigate for three months but even now I am still waiting for there call or email. When I call them they say they are still investigating., But the ********** credit is still showing on my credit profile. This shows that the investigators can't do their job they need the whole year just to investigate and prove that this was a ********** credit. I am even suspecting Faul play, because why would it take so long to prove *****, where else I send them all required documents that I did not apply for any credit at homechoice.
