I reported a ********** account opened under my name which I found on my credit report with homechoice in Dec 2020. I wad advised to send a sworn affidavit which I did and was told the matter is under investigation. I have been following up evet since with no luck. I would like for this account to be removed from my credit report as I have not app**** for the revolving account
