Someone stole my identity and open an online account using my details . i called this business to say i did not open the account which they confirm based on the information the ********* gave. They gave me a form to fill in and provide supporting document I haven't heard from them ever since and the same ********** account is visible on my credit profile .since August 21 i haven't received a respond from their ***** department this is related to ********** ACCOUNT DISPUTE: ***
