********** account and store is of no assistance

I realised that there is a Homechoice account with my ID number but I've never opened the account. I sent a query to the Homechoice ***** department and Homechoice with an affidavit and my ID copy telling them that this account is not mine. I've been sending this from November last year and I am not getting anywhere, I am getting no response whats so ever. This company ruins people's lives and is a big **** and I have now taken the legal routine and will go after anyone who has dealt 2with my case and decided to put it on the side.
