Homechoice is the biggest **** and something must be done with this company and their ********** acts. Sometime last year the company debited money from my account and I reversed and stopped the debit order, I have never opened an account with the company or bought from them before. Months later when I try to apply for loans it appears that I have been skipping homechoice payments for months, this greatly affected my credit record I can’t even apply for loan coz of this stupid account I don’t know about. The call center lady says they will investigate and it might take 3 months to resolve the issue, tried to get hold of the legal department with no luck. This is company is bad!!! I want all this be removed from my profile and cleared with the credit bureau. I can’t deal with this ********** acts!!
