what kind of a retail is this, they open an account and process an order without the person's identity document. someone opened an account using my id number and the account was opened and the order was process without the person producing original id or certified id document. it shouldn't be always about sale sale, how did they verified that person, they did not even tried to call the work contact number she produced.
