I'm struggling with home choice to close a ********** account. I have contacted them in 2018 may to resolve the issue. But still in 2020 the account is still opened in my name. I have sent all the documents required from me. The account was used to purchase things which were never delivered to my home. Home choice changed everything from address to cell number under my name without my consent. Now I'm sitting with a something that might ruin my credit score
