On 17 June 2020 I received an sms from the bank about a request of Bank statement by homechoice, I immediately contacted the bank to inquire. Still awaiting feedback I contacted homechoice, and they said indeed the was an order made on my identity, but they refused to give me the address and contacts used where my Identity was used **********ly. Can't get through to the ***** department either
