*****ULANT ACCOUNT OPENED IN MY NAME

There was an account opened in my name, using my ID but it wasn't by me.

I have been contacting HomeChoice on numerous occasions, but have not been able to resolve this matter.

This has now negatively affected my Credit Score, which jeopardises my future plans.

PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS HOME CHOICE
