*****ently opened an account with my name

I went to look at my credit score today and noticed that homechoice have listed me as being in arrears. I have never opened an account with them. I have never bought with them. This is now negatively affecting my credit score!! This is totally *******!!!! Sort this out homechoice immediately before I take legal action!!!
