***** stay far away

Homechoice is a so called retail company that **********ly opened an account in my name on 4/8/20 that account is now 6 months in arrears and its badly affecting my credit score. I called home choice they could not confirm any of my private details like adress and bank details only my ID. They flagged it as ***** and said that it could take up to 90 days to be resolved but in the meantime my credit score is being affected very badly. They have me a number of their ***** department but the number just keeps ringing. I want to know how is it possible for them to open an account on my name how do they work its very unprofessional and I am not going to leave this matter here. This is not my problem but now my credit score is being negatively affected by a company that is opening accounts **********ly. I have never heard of Homechoice before in my live very poor and unprofessional.
