Appalling service. After receiving numerous call from their collections department, I decided to report this ********** act since I never opened an account with Homechoice and never ever even bought any of their items. I found their customer services unprofessional. Well over a week now yet their ***** disputes team has not even acknowledged receipt of my mail. I am at a point where I will personally escalate this matter myself to get it resolved.
