***** Regarding Good Ordered

I placed an order on the 15th September 2020 for few items with Homechoice South Africa. I have never received the goods I ordered. I wrote to Homechoice stating this. I was asked to fill in the Dispute Declaration Form and on the 16th Nov 2020, I emailed that back. I am surprised that my account has been referred to VVM. This needs to be dealt with seriously. I cant pay for the goods i didn't receive, which I also reported. But then Homechoice decided to ignore my statements.
