***** (Ref ***)

I have had and still having a bad experience with Homechoice and its debt collectors. An account (Ref ***) was opened under my name **********ly and homechoice has been harassing me about this for months now. I have been asked to write and affidavit at the police station accompanied by a certified copy of my Idea in order to investigate and clear my name. I have sent them the requested documents and still after 3 weeks, nothing has been done.

I can see that this is a common theme by just reading at the comments about homecoice. Why is there nothing being done about this? Homechoice needs to remove this account of my name and clear it. This is effecting my credit score. I have wrote numerous emails to homechoice and their debt collectors advising them of this. At this point, I am going to open a case against Homechoice for tarnishing my name. I actually suspect that the ***** is happening within the company itself, which if true, is really disturbing. I have further written to the ombudsman and currently awaiting feedback.

I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING. HOW IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS LIKE THIS??!! I WILL TAKE THIS AS FURTHER AS I POSSIBLY CAN IF HOMECHOICE DOES NOT SORT THIS OUT!!!!
