I once bought a duvet with Homechoice in 2012 and paid the account in 2012 within 6 months.

I have been receiving phone calls from attorneys at MBD that I owe 13000 from a purchase that was made in my name in 2020, I haven’t made any purchase since 2012 . When I call I am not getting any help, they pick up my calls. Home choice is de*****ing me, and they are failing to assist me.
