***** orders from homechoice

I on the 11 yesterday got a call from my parents place telling me that I have a delivery from homechoice upon my calling the customer service department I was told the order was created on the 7th of February 2019 which I know nothing about. The company has refused to give me the details of the person who created the order o spoke to Unathi yesterday around 7 in the evening who promised to call me back today at 10 which he never did. I just called again today to a very rude person by the name of zeenat and she hung up on me having not given me the reference number for the call. There is ***** created under my profile with them and they refuse to assist me. I requested for the order to be canceled and the package collected but I was told by the consultant today that I must send back the package at my own expense I had also requested to be transferred to their complaints department which never happened.
