Good day My name is Percia Tseka. I am residing in Mamelodi. On the 10 July 2020 , I received an sms from Homechoice saying I have changed my phone number . Same time when I checked my email there was an order confirmation that I order washing machine . I phone homechoice on the 11 July 2020 to stop order as it was **********. The consultant that I spoke to confirmed that the order was cancelled and will not be delivered. Again on Monday 14 July 2020 , I phone again head office , I did not get clear answer then I decided to go to Mams mall to their showroom for assistance. Several emails were sent to stop the order , today on the 25 July I went to showroom to find out how far is my query, their told me the order was deliver at Randburg to the address of the ********* . Please assist me for this order to be cancel in my name . Homechoice must suffer the loss .
