***** not resolved after months

I regret the day I started to associate myself with this brand, June I ordered my mom a washing machine and requested it to be delivered to her address and after a lengthy back and forth between me and this ****ty company I ended up canceling the order a month down the line only to be told the machine was delivered to which adress only HomeChoice knows, I constantly have to sit on the phone call them and deal with their staff that is rude on the phone asking them to sort out their mess which they still failing to do so.

Your service is pathetic to say the least.
