Good day Sir/Madam,

Kindly be advised that the Homechoice account in my name is ********** and without cause or consent.

I have never engaged into any transactions with Home Choice in my life.

Homechoice aquired my bank account details and personal details in a ********** manner. Home Choice **********ly debited my cheque account during 2019 with a certain amount, which I reversed at the bank.

Since Home Choice handed me to a debt collector, I reported the matter to Homechoice in writing, seeking an acceptable remedy. No remedy was offered by Homechoice. I subsequently resorted to posting the incident on Hellopeter. Home Choice rep**** to my previous report on Hellopeter: "Please afford us the opportunity to address the problem." However, no one from Home Choice has made contact with me since.

Comechoice's actions amount to *****, misapropriation of personal information and crimen enjuria, as my credit status is now compromised, denying me the right to apply for credit and placing me in a disqualifying position with regard to my professional work status (which requires a sound financial status) and therefore my ability to earn an income.

I invite Homechoice to rectify this matter within 7 days from the date of this notification, whereafter I will resort to litigation with the purpose to seek compensation for losses willfully incurred by Homechoice.
