I have just received a call from Home Choice, where they have stated that I have opened an account in Cape Town and I owe them R1435.30, for shoes and bed covers which I have bought.
How can I open an account in Cape Town when I reside in PE? How can someone who is not me be able to easily open an account without any verification??
I demand an urgent investigation on this matter from homechoice!!
