***** dispute

Someone we don't know used my husband's I'd to order somethings at Home Choice. Fortunately that was discovered before the goods were sent to her. His I'd was sent to ***** department. We didn't know about that until we were applying to buy a house. We lodged a dispute with home choice and we were told to email affidavit and his I'd they will remove him on Monday the 28. We called today the 30th, home choice told us another story. We need to email his certified copy of I'd, marriage certificate, payslip or 3 months bank statement. We're uncomfortable to do that. What if someone is trying to frame him again. Please help
