***** case on my account

I have an existing account with Hoemchoice that I opened last year April. This year on the 17 January I receive an sms saying my order is packed and ready for delivery and that time I did not order anything from them. Someone placed an order on my name 2 Queen Sized bed on my name. I called Homechoice to let them know that i did not order anything and they told me that they will call the courier guy to not delivery the parcel. The order was delivered and not to me I do not know where they delivered the order but my account is owing a huge amount of money for things that I did not received, for something that I did not order. I will never order from them ever again., my account is being paid every month but this is what I am getting.
