Reviewer Update
It is alarming the number of reviews regarding the same issue I have, we have been advised that in 90 days this will be resolved, but it has not.

Do you Understand the impact that these ***** accounts have on our lives.
We do not just send this reviews because we are bored, but we are deeply impacted and require you to solve this ASAP.

You might have a backlog, but I have thus far not seen, nor heard from you since my last review. Your ***** department is the most ineffective I have ever encountered, since logging the case I have never received any correspondence from them, no progress update, not even a single word.

We reach out to you on email, with no response, when we call in, we are met with either rudeness or cluelessness.
We all even end up having to use HelloPeter to get a (Standard)
response from you,

How can when a serious data breach that happened and you don't have a mitigation strategy.

Such cases should be taking priority,
And it is rather disappointing the way all this is being handled.. Please do not respond with a standard response, as I need a resolution, not a "Thank you for your patience"

I repeat, if anyone, out there in HomeChoice is seeing this.
Please Resolve, 90 days has lapsed from day of logging this incident.
