***** AT HOMECHOICE

Homechoice has NO internal controls. An account was **********ly opened in my name. The debit order was stopped after month 3, but the arrear account is still showing in my name. This is negatively affecting my credit score and is withholding any successful application for a home loan. I want to buy a house for my parents, but with no success due to this **********, ARREAR account. I sent my ID and affidavit to Homechoice but no response. Their ***** department does not answer their phones.
