Do the agents working at Homechoice verify their customers details? I have been a victim of identity theft. Somebody used my details to open a homechoice account and they now owe R11000 which im being asked to pay by debt collectors. This is very unfair and inconvenient to me and is tarnishing my credit record. Please rectify as a supposed credible service provider.
