***** and no servive

***** was done with my ID at home choice in 2020 and an account was opened. That is besides the fact that at that point I was still under debt review so i could not qualify to do any debt. I contacted them to report the *****, I was asked to send affidavit, which i did. After that no feedback was given, the account is still open and appearing on my credit report. I just want them to deactivate the account. I do not own anything from home choice and have never opened any home choice account
