I opened an account with this company in 2012 ,i unfortunately never bought anything.To my surprise today i got a statement that i am owing them R 7000 the account is being taken to lawyers , I call the company to en-quire and one rude consultant by name of Elriba tells me there is nothing they can do from their side as this my problem and i must take it up with Police.What type of company keeps non-active account for 6 years opened if that is not opening it up for *****.My credit record is not going to be messed by the company s negligence.
