Homechoice started calling me last year and asked me when Im paying them, I was taken by suprise because I dont have an account with them. I called them to check and they told me the goods were delivered in Bertrams, I dont even know this place. I logged a dispute last year and they promised to invistigate on the matter until today the issue is not resolved. The problem is I have been handed over to credit bereau. I cannot do anything on my side, I only discovered when I wanted to open a credit card and they said I have an outstanding amount with Homechoice. I felt its an inhouse ***** which they normally do to people.
