***** Account using my name by Homechoice

I have received numerous calls from Debt collectors claiming I owe Homechoice for an account I have with them, however I have never had an account with homechoice before and what upsets me the most is that upon calling homechoice, I discovered that the cellphone number and the address used to open the account does not correspond with my details at ITC.

My question now is that how did homechoice approve that account, I have sent them an affidavit stating that I do not have an account with them however I am still getting calls from the Debt collectors and my credit record has been badly affected by their incompetency. I really need help please.
