***** - Account opened in my name

I checked my credit score and to my surprise I have a HOMECHOICE account that I have missed payments on. I have reported this matter a year ago 07/07/2021 and their agents from the ***** department told me they would investigate and get back to me. A year later nothing seems to be done because my credit score still reflects this mess. I attempted to call again to get to the bottom of this but the numbers I was given to call simply get hanged up after a few minutes ringing. *** / ***. I'm am fed up with this issue. How does one open an account in your name without any verification taking place???? FICA????

I refuse to have my credit score be affected by HOMECHOICE whom I have never dealt with before. Kindly respond and let me know what to do.
