***** account not attended

A *****ulant account was opened in my and credit was taken of 6000 was taken , I have put in a request for them to take the debt out of my name and sent affidavit and proof of registration..... No response no feedback I tried calling their ***** department no one picks up or the line is not working, how can can we have poor systems like this in 2020, it's really upsetting......i must follow up as if now I have messed up please fix the mess and getting calls everyday that I owe
