I've been receiving calls from homechoice claiming i owe them but i never opened an account with homechoice... Apparently who ever opened the account gave them his/her account number and they've been deducting from it... Im asking why are they not calling the owner of that bank account because apparently theres a 2nd contact number provided to them... The sad part is now im listed on credit bureau because of them... Why is home choice careless how can someone open an account online and use someone else's details??? Please clear my name i dont owe you anything i don't have an account by you now i cant even get a job on retail because of this and retail is the only experience i have.
