***** Accepted at Home Choice

In July there when I checked my credit report I picked up that there was a Home choice account opened in my name...I reported the matter to the SAPS, South African ***** Prevention and Home choice ***** department. On the 28/08.2020 Waseemah Enos responded requesting documents to do an internal investigation...Ever since then I have waited and am still awaiting a response I have submitted all documents proving that its a case of identity theft yet there is still no feedback...my credit score keeps deteriorating as I am showing as a nonpayer. I seek urgent attention as I want to apply for a house and they need a letter from Home choice confirming that this was a case of ***** and I do not have an account with them. I am now suffering for their lack of security when approving applications ...This was reported in July its now October as if we are investigating a ****** case with missing dockets.
