My experience with Homechoice is a horrible one.I have been their client for quite some time. Bought few items from them, it was all well at the begging. Early 2021 I received a call from 1 of the consultant advertising few products on sale. Within those products there was a fridge which I was interested in but it was expensive for me so I told the consultant that I'm not interested. This year 14 February I got a message saying my fridge had been delivered to my address successfully, of which is not true. I then lodged a complain with one of the consultant,who was rude towards me. I was dragged from pillar to post with no help. Even today the debt of a fridge appear on my credit score. Kindly assist.
