Last year 2018 I was informed that I had an account with Homechoice and it is in arrears of which I know nothing about. I communicated with Homechoice, they verified my past three addresses, phone numbers, work address and phone numbers of which they did not correlate with what they have on their system. Then I was informed to make an affidavit to dispute the account and send it to them(Homechoice) so that they can resolve it. I did so and even confirmed that they received affidavit.

To my surprise the account is still open and I am owing of which it affect my credit score. Please help resolve this matter.
