I've experienced a very bad service from homechoice consultants.From the time they advised that there has been a ***** on my homechoice account no one has been updating me and everytime i contact homechoice they keep promising that the matter will be resolved.it has been more than a year now and the matter has not been resolved.the consultant who has been assisting me with this ***** case her name is Waseema last week she promised that this matter will be resolved,when i call today she advised me that she is no longer handling this case its obvious now that they are playing games with me.when i asked to speak with her supervisor who is Shanaaz Peterson she told me that she is not available.It is clear that they are not taking this matter serious. They are not displaying any good customer service.
