I received a call from Vusi delivery guy from Homechoice saying he has my package which is a bed and mattress of R12000 which i know nothing about and he was at no 161 Linden in Jouberg and i donnot even stay there. I called Homechoice ro complain and i was not helped they rold me to send my ID copy, affidavit and proof of resistance to ********** which i did and no one called nor reply to my email. I am so furious that how can they aprove all this without confirming everything with the account holder and change my address and contact number without my concern, who is going to pay for that bed?
