How do you just open an account for anyone over the phone without verifying if that person is a correct person or the ID holder?? Is this the scheme you use to make your numbers? Are you working with these people who just calls your call centre and open accounts using other people's PERSONAL PROFILES? You don't even bother to check if the surnames or any details you are provided still exist? I want this mysterious order you're busy preparing to deliver only YOU know to where as I have never used your products and now have valid reasons not to even try since you show so much incompetency.

I need answers for all this ASAP!!!!!!!!
