about 4 months ago an un-authorized dt order goes off my bank account and returned it , a month later I received a call form VVM stating my account have been handed over . I told them I have never opened any accounts online and it ***** and been told to get an affidavit from the SAP together with a copy of my ID and send it to them. It was done the following day , I have made several calls to VVM and every time I get told they are still busy investigating the matter however I need to hold on the short end as I have been listed on ITC and cant apply for anything ….. VVM service is totally pathetic to say the least and been told several times they will contact me and yes still waiting. I need this issue resolved before end of today and need to be contacted on *** and have my name clear from ITC as I will not be paying a company that don't do their homework prior before opening a online account for any TOM **** and HARRY.... My ref number with VVM is ***
