FORCED ORDER
Good day.
I am beyond disappointed in the recent service i got from Homechoice. I received a call from a number *** from Andiswa or Asiphe on the 12.03.2024 at 16:34pm and was offered 3 blankets for R1000 on credit/my account. I advised the caller that i would think about it and she should call me after an hour because I wanted to first find someone to split the blankets with. I never did get a call back and next day , the 13.03.2024 I received an SMS to say order ***9 was packed and was to be delivered. I was shocked because i did not consent or agree to an order and i feel i was forced to take these blankets. I SMS back to return the order , but to date no one contacted me. I DO NOT WANT THESE BLANKETS and want the order reversed, I am thinking of closing my account all together.

I was contacted via Email by Candice Rittels via email and received a phone call stating I must organize a courier to send back the blankets to which I refused because , the same way those blankets were ordered and delivered without my consent , is the same way they must go back!!You have since chance my Homechoice account for this order that is not in my possession still. IAM GOING TO CLOSE MY HOMECHOICE ACCOUNT AFTER ALL THIS IS DONE. You clearly take advantage of people in the name of pushing sales!!!

To say I am disappointed in as understatement , 2 weeks later those blankets are still at the still at the location you guys delivered them to.
