FNB Homecoice unauthorized Debit Orders

Debit order to homechoice from my FNB account. Stopped and reversed last month but double taken this month. I have never bought form homechoice. I have mailed them but they refuse to help unless I fill in a form with all my details...ID BANK account ...this could lead to more *****. The worst part is that it seems FNB does nothing to stop money being taken out of my account without my authorization.
