FNB and Homechoice make unauthorized deductions from bank account

I believe Homechoice is a ********* company. Out of nowhere they started deducting money from my fnb account. I have never bought anything from them, never gave them permission to deduct money from my account. I never gave them my particulars, but for the last 3 months I had to go to big trouble to reverse this ******** transactions. It is ***** and theft! FNB has also not been very helpfull, they did reverse every payment, but the next month more was deducted. I asked FNB to put a stop to any payments to Homechoice and any other unauthorized **********, but they say Homechoice has the prerogative to deduct money irrespective of what I say. I drove to the FNB branch closest to me, Trompsburg, 22 km dirt road, it took me more than an hour every time. I spoke to the area manager yesterday, but he also say he cannot help me. I feel that I cannot trust FNB with my money. I am going to close my account with fnb, as they are more interested in keeping Homechoice happy, than protecting their customer's money. Theft and curruption rules, it seems. Banks help the *****s to ***** money from their customers.
