Flawed business model!

I wish there was a rating below 1, the whole experience was flawed from the start. Surely if I am paying the full price for an item (In cash might I add) I should be able to walk away with my purchase same day. Especially after the saleslady reassured me that there was stock IN THAT SAME SHOP. Now I need to wait 5 days, and I have to spend additional money on travel to go and collect. TERRIBLE business model! I understand the policy if its a lay by purchase, I get that you need to do credit checks etc. BUT cash in hand, paid on the day, full amount! come on HOMECHOICE get your **** together RE: Cash sales!
