FKING ACCOUNT HANDED OVER AND IT WASNT ME

Last year Home choice handed me over due to non payment, In December last year i settled my account with SSDA. Now i owe another R691 wich according to me the account was closed. They handed me over in june again without me even knowing there is an amount outstanding or anything. Its clearly not my amount due. Struggling to get answers from them or even a statement. SADEST PART IS WE ARE TRYING TO FINANCE A HOUSE BUT GET REJECTED BECAUSE OF R691 WICH IS FKING CRAZY
