Firstly I want to start of by saying that a while ago I started receiving calls request to speak to numerous different customers. I request the client services department to rectify my account. To date nothing was done had no choice by to block these annoying calls. Yesterday I received messages advising me that my parcel has been packed and to my surprise I also received a statement. This is ***** how do you have one account linked to different people. So the question is am I really paying for stuff I have purchased or someone else's order. This is *****. Rectify my account or I take this further.
