First time buyer disappointed

My name is Martin bostander with I'd number ********** 358084.

I ordered 2 items with you a few weeks back and everything was smooth. But now it's been way over 14 days and I still haven't received my order. When I call homechoice they say it will be delivered soon as it is with the couriers and the couriers say they only received one item and they are waiting for the other. Now as a first time buyer, how will I refer people to homechoice or speak good of it when myself im having such a bad experience? The goods I ordered are essential daily used good, now im struggling while my order takes forever to arrive. Soon I will be debited for an order I did not receive, is it fair? Please assist me and follow up.
