Fees added twice!

In January it was advertised that if u place an order tht your first payment would b the end of February. At the time I had an amount of R1032,00 left on my account. Before the end of January payment was deducted they added all the fees (initiation, delivery and finance charges) which was already added to this account 5months earlier, again. This increased my monthly payment for my new account from R751.00 to R1,360.00!! I complained and I sent an email to them with no response instead they called (as usual) to find out when I will make a payment. I will settle this whole account now of R4,691.00 which I cannot afford bt at least I will NOT pay R8,000.00 over a 6 month period bcos tht is what I will pay eventually. Ths takes over charging to a whole new level. I will NEVER buy from HC again even though I have enjoyed their products for the last few years.
